Overall high school academic record (including test scores)

All applicants must meet upper-half quality requirements. This is based on grades, test scores, and courses taken in excess of the minimum.

It is strongly recommended to apply as early as possible in the senior year (preferably in September or October) for University admission. Review of applications and offers of admission begin in September. March 1 is Purdue's preferential application deadline. Students may apply after that date, but admission will be based on space availability and academic quality.

Admission of Currently Enrolled College Students

(Purdue West Lafayette, Regional Campus Transfer, and ALL Other Transfer Students)

Students currently enrolled in college must apply for upper-level admission into the BSPS program.

Consideration is limited to applicants who have:

  • completed the first two years of the Pharmaceutical Sciences curriculum (except IPPH 100)
  • earned a minimum cumulative (graduation index) grade point average of 3.0 with fewer than four grades of C in the core sciences (i.e. biology, chemistry, math, physics, and statistics)

International students must meet specific TOEFL requirements when applying for admission to undergraduate programs at Purdue University; http://www.iss.purdue.edu/Admission/UG/AppProcess/ lists the specific requirements (same as Freshman Engineering) and procedures. Assistance with testing and recording of scores is available through the Educational Testing Service listed below:
