This table is for students at the Purdue University - West Lafayette campus. Students completing the Pre-Pharmacy curriculum elsewhere are exempted from taking PHPR 10000. Please see our list of partner school curricula.

The faculty of the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences approved a revised Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) curriculum in April 2009. The Pre-Pharmacy requirements for students entering the professional program beginning in Fall 2012 are listed below.

Students entering Pharm.D. in or before Fall 2011
