This Plan of Study is for students at the Purdue University - West Lafayette campus. Students completing the Pre-Pharmacy curriculum elsewhere are exempted from taking PHRM 10000 (Pharmacy Orientation I) and PHRM 20000 (Pharmacy Orientation II). Please see our list of off-campus curricula.

This Plan of Study is specifically designed for students preparing to apply for admission to the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program. This is a non-degree seeking curriculum - Admission to the Professional Program or CODO to an alternative major is required.

* - Pre-Pharmacy students are exempt from completing University Core Curriculum (UCC) requirements, but the marked courses will fulfill UCC requirements. Students who CODO to alternative undergraduate degrees will be required to complete the UCC.
- a minimum of 60 credit hours are required for admission.
- Optional/Strongly recommended for West Lafayette Students
The student is ultimately responsible for knowing and completing all degree requirements.
