Purdue Day at the State Fair - August 15, 2008

On Friday, August 15th, Purdue University moved to the Indiana State Fairgrounds for the 2008 Purdue Day! The College of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Health Sciences set up under three tents for the day with the School of Pharmacy featuring our Vials of Life program and "Ask the Pharmacist". Thank you goes out to CVS/Caremark for sponsoring our Vials of Life Program at the fair this year. We distributed 3,000 vials of life.

One fairgoer shared with us her story about the Vial of Life she picked up in 2007. She picked up two Vials of Life at last year's fair and shared one with a neighbor. The Vial of Life saved her neighbor's life!
