The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences held its annual Homecoming Tailgate on Saturday, October 25th! Over three hundred fifty Pharmacy alumni and friends returned to campus and enjoyed visiting with each other as well as current Pharmacy faculty, staff and students. Seven Pharmacy student organizations were on hand to offer Pharmacy merchandise to alumni.
Dean Craig Svensson offered a few words of welcome to the crowd and a big thank you to CVS/Caremark for sponsoring the Annual Tailgate. Jane Krause along with clerkship students, Ashley Davich and Martha Schmidt gave tours of the CVS Practice Lab.
Pharmacy alumni Cathy Simmons (BS 1998), Sam Lee (Ph.D. 1994), Cliff Barrett, husband of Pharmacy alum, Sandra Barrett BS 1978, and Krista Motter (BS 1995) won our doorprizes. Dorothy Khatter, retired employee also won a doorprize.
