Pharmacy First Nighter - September 9, 2009

The 2009 Pharmacy First Nighter was a huge success! A very special thank you from the School and its faculty and students goes to CVS for sponsoring the event. Over 500 students and faculty met in front of the Pharmacy building for the annual event. Pharmacy student organizations use the evening as an opportunity to showcase their clubs to fellow pharmacy students.

Highlights of the evening included:

• A celebration of the 125^th Anniversary of the School of Pharmacy. Students enjoyed not only the great pizza but three huge 125^th Anniversary cakes!
• CVS pharmacists were on hand to greet students and tell them about CVS.
• The Rho Chi silent auction brought in $2,300 for scholarships!
• Kappa Epsilon helped beat back Swine Flu with their great piñata!
