Spring Dean's Executive Forum 2009

The Dean's Pharmacy Executive Forum is a class taught each spring that is designed to introduce students to emerging trends and career opportunities in pharmacy and the pharmaceutical sciences through exposure to leaders in professional and corporate environments. The Dean's Forum provides an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and promotes greater understanding of leadership in the profession of pharmacy. Students benefit from the varied experiences of the guest lecturers, and the lecturers enjoy the lively exchange of questions and answers by well-informed students.

The Executive Forum class was intrigued by Al Peyton's presentation on "Emerging Trends and Careers in the Pharmaceutical Industry".   Kristen Mosdell discussed "the Pharmacist in Pharma-Optimizing your Options".
 
  
Dr. Ed Langston discussed with the class the importance of taking advantage of Leadership Opportunities.   Dean Svensson with Marvin Richardson.
 
  
Donna Wall gave an outstanding presentation on "Patient Safety - It's Personal".   Ron Rosich visits with a student after class.
