The College of Pharmacy celebrated the Class of 2014 at the College's White Coat Ceremony on September 12, 2010. Family, friends, faculty, and staff welcomed the class at a program in Loeb Theatre. Alumnae Marilyn Speedie was the keynote speaker for the ceremony, and Dr. Speedie challenged the class to continue the tradition of leadership set out before them by other Purdue pharmacy alumni.
Mr. Greg Fox congratulated the class on behalf of Kroger, the sponsor of the event. Ms. Pam Ringor, president of the Purdue Pharmacy Alumni board and Ron Snow, Indiana Pharmacist Alliance gave a few remarks of encouragement and congratulations. Twenty five faculty were on hand to assist the class with their white coats. The ceremony concluded with the reciting of the Oath of the Pharmacist.
