Graduation Banquet - April 29, 2011

On Friday, April 29, 2011 the College of Pharmacy's Class of 2011 celebrated their time here at Purdue. The theme for the night was "Mad Men" and the elements of the famous TV show were added throughout the evening. Emcees Tom Seto, Adam Lienhoop, Monica Randolph, Veronica Vernon, Nick Sciacca, and Chelsea Leeper kept the program running smoothly. Dean Svensson welcomed everyone and challenged the class to thank those that helped them along their journey. Dean Holly Mason with help from Mr. Joe Dubes presented the 2011 Graduation Banquet Awards.

Dr. Christy Nash and Dr. Patti Darbishire presented the Preceptor awards. Raja Hanania and Kellie Jones were recognized as the Preceptor of the Year and Outstanding Faculty Preceptor for the work they do with our clerkship students. Dr. Sharon Erdman received the Dr. Aziz Outstanding Teacher award.

The Class of 2011 ended the evening with their class awards, Mad Men style! Congratulations to all the evenings award winners and best wishes to the Class of 2011.
