Why are you a member of CDC?

I want to help pharmacy students prepare for the variety of careers opportunities available as a pharmacist.

How long have you served on the CDC?

This is my first year.

Why did you choose to come to Purdue to study Pharmacy?

Purdue has multiple opportunities to get involved and grow as an individual.

What has been the most challenging point about school?

Learning how the ins and outs of a large state school

What has been the most rewarding?

Finding all of the opportunities available for PharmDs and meeting other students!

What activities are you involved with and why have you chosen to participate in them?

I am also involved with IPhO to learn more about ‘unconventional’ avenues for pharmacists.

What professional experiences have your participated in in the summers?

This past summer I was an intern at Janssen Pharmaceuticals in Biotherapeutics Drug Product Development.

What are your future career aspirations?

I am interested in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

What one piece of advice do you give to younger students in the program?

To keep an open mind and seek out new opportunities

What do you enjoy doing outside of Pharmacy school?

I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
