The annual Purdue College of Pharmacy Graduate Student Awards Symposium was held on November 14, 2018, in the Purdue Memorial Union. The recipients of the Albert and Anna Kienly Awards for Outstanding Teaching by a Graduate Student are: Lia M. Bersin (Industrial and Physical Pharmacy), Aaron D. Krabill (Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology), and Kristin R. Villa (Pharmacy Practice). The recipients of the Jenkins-Knevel Awards for Excellence in Research are: Rachel A. Coleman (Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology), Elena Tomaselli Muensterman (Pharmacy Practice), Jacob L. Owens (Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology), and Maie Taha (Industrial and Physical Pharmacy). We also celebrated the exceptional research being conducted by our graduate students at a poster session.
