February 19, 2014 - Three MCMP students won first place in the Sigma Xi Life Sciences Poster Competition
Three MCMP students - Mitali Tambe, Yuchen Wang, and Tarsis Brust - won first place in the Sigma Xi Life Sciences Poster Competition. MCMP swept the entire Life Sciences division for the campus-wide 2014 competition. Mitali's paper was on "Neuroprotective effects of blueberry in Parkinson’s disease models". Yuchen's paper was titled "The dual role of the II-III loop of Cav1.2 in channel targeting and trafficking", and Tarsis' paper was "Functional Selectivity of Ligands at the Dopamine D2L Receptor".
