Purdue Pharmacy students part of team to win soybean innovation contest

March 23, 2016 – Third year professional PharmD students Steve Ferris, Samuel Lewis, and Alison Switzer, along with Ryan Pendergast, a junior studying mechanical engineering, make up the Purdue University team who took first place in the 2016 Student Soybean Production Innovation Competition. The team created SoyFoliate soap, a naturally degradable hand soap using exfoliating soy beads instead of plastic microbeads. Read more here and here.
