Objective: Enhance recruitment of students and faculty from underrepresented populations
- Work with central Admissions Office to develop a strategy to enhance partnerships with key multicultural and multiethnic high schools and middle schools, as well as minority-serving colleges/universities and HBCUs.
- Expand existing retention/academic support programs.
- Develop a College-wide initiative to support an all-inclusive climate.
- Develop explicit strategies to enhance recruitment and retention of faculty from underrepresented populations.
