An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a requirement for all graduate students who began their program in Fall 2017 or later. Students prior to 2017 are strongly encouraged to complete an IDP. The IDP is meant to serve as a means of communication between students, advisors and committees. Students should refer to their department for specific deadlines and information.
