Students should apply to the Pre-Doctor of Pharmacy program through the Purdue University Office of Admissions, which handles admissions in conjunction with the College of Pharmacy. The Pre-Doctor of Pharmacy program objectives for preparation for the PharmD program may be met through alternate (off-campus) plans of study. Acceptance into the Pre-Doctor of Pharmacy program does not guarantee acceptance into the PharmD program. Please also note that the Pre-Doctor of Pharmacy program is not intended for students interested in the BSPS program.
Be sure to read all of the information from the Office of Admissions about eligibility and the admission process. Transfer students are also encouraged to read the appropriate sections of that site. International students are advised to read information from the International Students and Scholars (ISS) Office. Current Purdue students in other majors that seek to transfer (CODO) into the Pre-Doctor of Pharmacy program should read the College of Pharmacy CODO page.
