Belmont University College of Pharmacy Students Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT): The Pharmacy Student Perspective

The purpose of this study is to examine pharmacy student’s perspectives on medication-assisted treatment, or MAT. You are eligible to participate in this study if you are enrolled in a College or School of Pharmacy. We will ask you to complete a survey, which should take approximately 10 minutes. This survey contains questions about your opinions on MAT and opioid use disorder. Your responses will be anonymous. Please do not include any identifying information (your name, address, etc.) in your survey response. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary.  If you choose to participate, you may choose to discontinue participation at any time, and you may choose any of the survey questions that you do not wish to answer. Your completion of the survey and returning it to the investigators indicates your consent to participate in this study.

Midwestern University Students PGY1 Community Resident Research Survey

Dear Participant,

 We are asking for your help in gathering information about current pharmacy students knowledge and perceptions regarding PGY1 Community-Based Residency Programs. Your participation is voluntary, but would be highly appreciated. Your participation would require you to fill out a short survey that will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers and you may choose not to answer any question that you are not comfortable with answering. By completing this survey, you are providing your consent to participate in this project. The information that you provide will be kept confidential and will only be accessed by the research team. For presentation and/or publication purposes, all information will be presented in the aggregate and no individual will ever be identified. This project has full approval from the Midwestern University Institutional Review Board.
